These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and DG999 (hereinafter referred to as "DG999", "we", "us" or "our") in relation to your access to and use of the website located at dg999.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through the platform.

DG999 is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. The platform provides guidance on sports betting markets, live casino games, responsible gambling tools and payment method context referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). DG999 does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority of Pakistan.

By accessing, browsing or registering on DG999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the DG999 platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain a DG999 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in your country, state or province of residence;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You do not hold another existing active or previously suspended account on the DG999 platform;
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform via a self-exclusion request or operator-initiated closure for policy violations;
• You are of sound mind and not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of placing bets or accessing account functions;
• All personal information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

Registration on DG999 requires the submission of accurate personal details including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred payment method information. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of device, browser, IP address or payment method used — are strictly prohibited. DG999 employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or pending winnings may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. DG999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify DG999 support immediately via the Live Chat or email contact channel detailed in Section 17 of these Terms.

By using the DG999 platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose of online gambling entertainment and information. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly authorised by DG999;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its infrastructure or other users' accounts;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, identity theft or the financing of illegal activity;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the DG999 platform without prior written authorisation;
• Transmitting any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening or otherwise harmful through any DG999 communication channel;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.

DG999 reserves the right to monitor platform activity and to take appropriate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities — where prohibited conduct is identified.

Deposits to your DG999 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and funds being returned to source.

DG999 references familiar Pakistani payment methods for contextual guidance purposes only. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are informational only and do not constitute endorsement by or affiliation with those providers, nor do they imply that those providers support or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must independently confirm the availability and acceptability of specific payment methods directly with the operator.

All deposit amounts are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where contextually relevant. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and may change without notice. All bonus offers and promotional incentives provided by DG999 are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited for eligible Users only and may not be available in all jurisdictions;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable;
• Only bets placed in eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements — live sports betting, specific table game categories and other products may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate;
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit — any unfulfilled wagering requirements or unclaimed bonus balance at expiry will be forfeited;
• DG999 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where misuse or abuse is suspected.

All bonus amounts referenced on DG999 are illustrative examples unless confirmed in writing by the operator. Actual bonus values, wagering multipliers, expiry periods and eligible game categories are set by the operator and may differ from examples used on this platform.

All bets and gaming activity on DG999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable game and betting rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or bet cancellation.

DG999 covers betting markets across Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC events, tennis and other sports. Live betting markets update in real time and odds may change between the time a User initiates a bet and the time it is confirmed. The odds prevailing at the time of confirmation shall apply.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform — placed bets may not be amended or cancelled except where the operator's specific rules permit it;
• In the event of a void event, match abandonment or suspension, bets will be settled in accordance with the operator's rules for that market;
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win — a single void leg may result in the bet being recalculated as a reduced accumulator, depending on operator rules;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are set by the operator and may differ by sport, event and User account tier;
• The operator reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any User without prior notice in accordance with risk management procedures.

DG999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, causes harm to other users or violates applicable law. The following specific conduct is prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Match Fixing: Betting on events where the User has knowledge of or involvement in any attempt to manipulate the outcome;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through pattern betting, multiple account creation or coordination with other Users to extract bonus value in a manner inconsistent with normal gambling behaviour;
• Arbitrage Betting: Using DG999 as part of a deliberate arbitrage strategy designed to eliminate risk and generate risk-free returns, where such activity is determined by the operator to be in violation of fair-use principles;
• Money Laundering: Using DG999 to process, layer or integrate funds derived from criminal activity;
• False Identity: Registering an account using false, misleading or another person's identity information;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargeback requests through a payment provider for funds legitimately deposited and used on DG999.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, DG999 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

DG999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account was registered using false or inaccurate information;
• The User is accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• The account has been flagged in connection with suspicious transaction patterns, potential fraud or money laundering activity;
• The User has failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or its users.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting DG999 support. Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gambling tools will result in account access being restricted for the period specified. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure (where closure is not the result of a Terms violation) will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to KYC completion and pending wagering requirement obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DG999 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, network outages, server downtime or system errors beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game results or settlement calculations caused by data feed malfunctions or third-party provider errors, subject to correction procedures;
• Your failure to comply with applicable local laws governing gambling in your jurisdiction;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorised access resulting from compromised credentials;

All content on DG999 is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. DG999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to the Terms, DG999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — this may include a notice displayed prominently on the platform, an email notification to the registered address or a notification within the User account dashboard.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the DG999 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
